Our ADA Accessible entrance will be on Genessee & Franklin across from the convention center.
Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time, with tickets starting from $99.00 per person (depending on room).
Ticket holders will receive 4 hours of premium open bar, plenty of excellent food (not just hors d’oeuvres!), a champagne toast, amazing live music, 3 rooms with dining, party favors, and much more!
There will be seating for everyone!
All ticket holders are entitled to FREE parking at the Turner Ramp next to City Hall on Niagara Circle, FREE coat check, and more!
After purchasing tickets, you will be emailed a receipt that contains a download link for each ticket purchased. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that will be scanned in upon arrival.
Tickets can be scanned in by showing the PDF on your phone, but we recommend printing your ticket(s) to ensure readability by our scanners.
Ticket sales will be limited to 1500, to prevent overcrowding.
This year the Ice Ball will feature entertainment from Party of Nine and The Toy Brothers. More TBA!
Food will be served from one centralized buffet on the main floor. This is for all rooms including the Oriental and Georgian Rooms.
7pm – 9pm – Antipasti Display
8pm – 11pm – Dinner Buffet
10pm – Dessert
There will be multiple bars set up throughout the space, with premium open bar lasting from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am. In addition, there will be Cash Bars available from 7pm – 9pm and again at 1:00 am until close.
There will be guaranteed seating for all. Guests are able to pick their table/seat(s). Choose wisely, as you can not change your table/seat(s) once the ticket(s) are purchased.
To ensure your group is seated together, please purchase your group’s tickets in the same transaction.
Please note: Unless your group fills an entire table, you may be seated with other Statler City Ice Ball guests.

Ice Ball ticket-holders will have access to all venues within Statler City, with the exception of the Niagara Room, which will be holding a separate New Year’s Eve celebration, for those looking for more of a nightclub experience. Click here for more details.
Seating will be assigned by room, but guests are free to visit the other rooms to mingle, dance, etc..
No, There will be no VIP tickets sold this year.
What would you wear to the party of the year? Dress to impress! Black tie is optional. No sneakers, T-shirts, baggy jeans, etc.. You will feel completely at home in your finest look.
Absolutely. No one under 21 will be admitted, even with a parent or guardian.
If there is any question at all, those without appropriate ID will be turned away regardless of their ticket status.
Free indoor parking will be provided for ticket-holders at Turner Ramp next to City Hall.
The ramp will be attended all night, so cars may be left overnight and picked up the next morning if needed.

Yes, there is coat check available throughout the evening. Coat check will be expanded this year, and in a more accessible location.
Only coats will be checked. Please leave any umbrellas, hats, etc.. in your vehicle.
